INGREDIENTS:
- Blueberries, two cups
- Milk (fat free), one cup
- Egg whites, two large
- Canola oil, one tbsp.
- Egg, one large
- Cottage cheese, half cup
- Sugar, 1/3 cup
- Vanilla extract, one tsp.
- Whole wheat bread, eight slices
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Take a blender and put in it half cup milk, sugar and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Take a shallow bowl and put egg, vanilla extract, egg whites and half cup milk in it, stir until smooth.
- Take four slices of bread and divide the blueberry mixture equally among these slices. Now top these slices with the remaining four slices.
- After heating the large skillet over medium heat, grease it with oil and place the bread in it. Cook it until bread colour changes to brown.
- Before turning the other side of the bread, top it with the oil. Now cook again for two to three minutes until you notice its brown.
- Serve as soon as its cooled.
