Banana Almond Smoothie

Banana Almond Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ground cardamom, half tsp.
  • Honey, one tbsp..
  • Ripe banana, one
  • Unsweetened almond milk, one cup
  • Almond butter, one tbsp.
  • Ice cubes, two

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Drink it immediately and enjoy.

Banana Nut Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chopped walnuts, one tbsp.
  • Ground cinnamon, one tsp.
  • Rolled oats, old fashioned, half cup
  • Water, half cup
  • Sliced banana, one

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a small microwave safe bowl and combine water and oats in it. Place it on high for three minutes at least.
  2. Take it out and top with cinnamon, walnuts and banana slices.
