- Chopped hard cooked eggs, two
- Salt to taste
- Pepper, 1/8 tsp.
- Plain Greek style low fat yogurt, 2 tbsp.
- Red bell pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp.
- Curry powder, ¼ tsp.
- Toasted rye bread, two slices
- Fresh spinach, half cup
- Orange, one
- Take a small bowl and put eggs, curry powder, pepper, bell pepper, salt and yogurts in it. Stir well these ingredients.
- Take rye bread, first place spinach, and then eggs on the top and serve.
