Breakfast Barely with Sunflower Seeds and Banana

INGREDIENTS:

  • Water, 2/3 cup
  • Pearl barley, uncooked, 1/3 cup
  • Sliced banana, one
  • Sunflower seeds, one tbsp.
  • Honey, one tsp.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a small microwave safe bowl and put in it water and barely. Put it in microwave for six minutes on high.
  2. Stir well.
  3. In the end top with honey, sunflower seeds and banana slices.
